The Housing Opportunities Commission of Montgomery County, Maryland (hereinafter referred to as “HOC”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced Contractors to provide turnover painting services to all HOC managed and maintained properties and scattered sites. in Montgomery County, MD. HOC intends to award zero dollar contracts to qualified Respondents, based on a combination of qualifications, experience, and other criteria as outlined in the RFQ. HOC will then solicit proposals with pricing from the pool of qualified firms for specific unit turnover painting services projects as need arises.
