(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation services to the government authority located in Madison, WI. – Provide project evaluation services for the CREATE energy center. – CREATE is funded by the national science foundation as a national advanced technological education center.– Creation of a detailed evaluation plan, assessment questions, and metrics.– Creation of a website, email listserv, newsletter, and webinar series to serve the community of practice.– Development of a platform for summer STEM educator professional development workshops, delivered in multiple states, and serving roughly 80 participants per year.– Creation of energy technology instructional materials including a collection of lab experiments, instructional videos, student handouts, teacher lesson plans, assessment tools, and cross–referencing documents to align instruction with educational standards.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 18, 2026.
