EXTRA-72219 - USA (Lanham, Maryland) - Evaluation, Measurement and Verification of Energy Program Services - Deadline August 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide evaluation, measurement and verification of energy program services to the government authority located in Lanham, MD. – Provide evaluation services for these programs, as required by the Public Service Commission.– The Contractor is responsible for developing and executing competent evaluation plans that are responsive to the varied needs of Department program administrators and other stakeholders, compliant with program requirements, and informative of program and portfolio design.– The Contractor clearly prescribes the data requirements needed to estimate program savings in accordance with evaluation plans and policies. Such data may include a wide range of documentation, such as pre–and post–project bill data, invoices, project worksheets, site reports, and any other documentation the Evaluator requires.– Work with and use data supplied by the Department, including, but not limited to, energy measures, program guidance, estimated savings, and any other information necessary to design and document a comprehensive and complete EM&V strategy to meet program requirements.– Inspect a representative sample of projects for installation verification to meet program requirements(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 14, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for three years.
