Energy Savings Performance Contract (ESCO) Texas

1GPA is a non-profit national governmental purchasing cooperative which allows public agencies to take advantage of existing contracts to purchase the goods and services they need from local and national vendors. Eligible using members include school districts, charter schools, universities, colleges, cities, towns, municipalities, counties, states, local governments, federal government, Native American communities, fire districts, and any other political subdivision. Deer Park Independent School District is the Lead Agency for this Solicitation. Located in Harris County, Texas, Deer Park ISD is comprised of 15 schools and several support buildings and enrollment has grown to over 12,600 students since 1930 when the first school opened. Located about 20 miles southeast of downtown Houston, the district’s boundaries include most of the City of Deer Park as well as portions of Pasadena, Lynchburg and Highlands. This Request for Qualification (“RFQ”) is issued under Texas Government Code, Texas Education Code and Texas Local Government Code, as provided herein, but may be utilized nationally meeting the statutes of those states’ jurisdictions, as required. However, this resulting contract can not be used in Arizona. If an awarded holder wishes to use the contract in other states, they must agree to the laws and codes applied by the engaged entity.
