Energy Performance Contracting Services

The purpose of this solicitation is to provide energy performance contracting services for various facilities owned and operated by 1GPA Members (“Members”). It is the intention of 1GPA and its Lead Agency to select one or more experienced and qualified providers in providing services under an energy savings performance contract for Members of the 1GPA cooperative. Selected qualified providers will furnish and/or deliver energy conservation measures, including installation and implementation of such measures, to reduce energy consumption or operating costs of new or existing facilities in which the estimated savings in utility costs resulting from the measures is guaranteed to offset the cost of the measures over a specified period of time.
