(1) Vendor needs to provide mobile foot patrol security services to the government authority located in Hartford, CT.– Introduction to security Basic first aid that will include recognizing the emergency and how to prioritize care– Search and seizure that will include the Fourth Amendment and relevant statutes– Use of force and Connecticut laws– Basic criminal justice that includes case law, statutes, regulations and the Constitution– Public safety– Terrorism, threat response and hazardous emergencies.– Duties of Security Officers:– Patrols assigned areas in motor vehicles, or on foot. to ensure personal, building, and equipment security.– Examines doors, windows, and gates on main buildings or inside buildings, depending upon assignment, to ensure security as required.(2) All question must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026.
