FY2026 Security Patrol Services

ACHD is seeking Security Patrol Services for all listed facilities as frequently as indicated. All prospective respondents are required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Submission Meeting and Site Visit 10:00 am on Monday, July 14, 2025 3775 Adams Street, Garden City, Idaho 83714 in the conference room, "Garden City". Following the meeting a mandatory walkthrough of facilities will be conducted. During this meeting, ACHD will provide guidance on preparing and submitting proposals. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory . Failure to attend will result in your proposal being deemed Non-Responsive and therefore ineligible for consideration. Participants are strongly encouraged to submit any questions or requests for clarification in writing in advance via the "Questions and Answers" section of the ACHD eProcurement Portal . This will help ensure all necessary information is obtained prior to the procurement process.
