CSE-23837 - USA (Mount Pleasant, South Carolina) - Security Guard Services - Deadline July 13,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Mount Pleasant, SC. – Provide both armed and unarmed, uniformed security services at agency.• Posts specifications:– X–Ray post – unarmed security officer. – Metal detector post – one armed security officer.– Visitor control/roving post – one armed security officer.• Provide a variety of services, implementing agency's security objectives according to policies and procedures which may include the following general tasks:– Provide frontline security and protection to court personnel, agency hall staff and visitors at all times.– Provide entry and egress access control.– Ensure the X–ray machine and metal detector are working properly prior to the beginning of the shift.– Screen all individuals entering the agency hall utilizing the metal detector.– Screen all bags, packages and devices utilizing the X–ray machine, illegal devices shall be confiscated and reported immediately to the agency.– Assist the public with direction and general information.– Complete roving patrols of interior and exterior building areas as required by the post orders.– Complete incident and daily operating reports.– Responding as necessary to support other life–saving issues.– Report any unusual incidents or hazardous conditions as possible to representatives designated by the agency, these may include fire, criminal activity, chemical spills, telephone outage, power outage, equipment malfunction, etc.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 25, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
