Storm Debris Monitoring Services

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals to furnish/provide monitoring services, to include management, comprehensive observation, and documentation of contractor or City of Newport News force account resources performing disaster debris removal work. The monitoring services provided must be performed utilizing an Automated Debris Management System (ADMS) that has the attributes and capabilities required in this RFP.
