(1) Vendor needs to provide surficial surveying and monitoring services to the government authority located in San Mateo, CA. – Establish and maintain a long–term surficial monitoring program for the agency.• Expansion of ground survey monuments:– Installation of monuments.– Baseline readings.– Continued readings.• GPS monitoring: implement GPS based survey monitoring for difficult terrain, terrain with heavy movement where a normal total station–based survey would be impractical, and other hard to reach areas as well as a secondary backup for total station monitoring to verify accuracy.– Conduct GPS monitoring.– Plan to take roughly 150 GPS data points to cover areas not well documented by the total station.• Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV/Drone) monitoring: provide a holistic view of the complex and provide rates of coastal erosion.– Capture high–resolution data (accuracy down to at least 6–inches) to measure sea–cliff recession and bluff retreat.– Mapping: Provide a topographic and visual analysis of the landslide complex to supplement discrete ground–based data points.• Technical reporting and data visualization: deliver a comprehensive monitoring report to the agency.– Data tables: Well–produced, easy–to–read tables displaying current coordinates, elevation changes, and cumulative displacement for every monument in the network.• Graphic analysis: High–quality charts showing movement trends over time for key monitoring points.– Vector maps: Overlays showing the direction and magnitude of ground movement across the neighborhood.– Drone orthomosaics: High–resolution imagery with topographical contours highlighting changeover–time. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 29, 2026.
