(1) Vendor needs to provide medical waste removal services including packaging, storage, removal, transportation and disposal services to the government authority located in San Diego, CA.– Biohazardous Medical Waste, such as infectious waste, blood waste/blood–borne pathogens, contaminated personal protective equipment, intravenous (IV) tubing, cultures and stocks.– Pathology Waste (Incineration Only), such as: lab specimens and anatomical waste.– Trace Chemotherapy – Empty: vials, ampules, syringes, needles, IVs, gowns, gloves, tubing, aprons, wipes, and packaging.– Expired Vaccines, Sharps, Syringes(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
