The City of Norfolk (“City”) is seeking a responsible Contractor to provide bulk waste container and waste removal services for various City, Norfolk Public Schools (“NPS”), Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority (“NRHA”) and Lake Taylor Transitional Care Hospital (“LTTCH”) locations according to the terms, conditions, and specifications of this IFB. The successful bidder (s) would begin providing services no later than four (4) months after award of contract (s).
