Services include, but are not limited to, the removal of household waste, debris, and abandoned items; prompt response to service requests; adherence to scheduled cleanup times; and proper documentation of each assignment. Vendors must be licensed and bonded to work in the right-of-way.</span></p><p data-end=\"1428\" data-start=\"1226\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Note: </strong></span></p><p data-end=\"1428\" data-start=\"1226\">All questions or requests for clarification regarding this Invitation to Bid, including the content and requirements of the Bid and Contract Documents, <strong>must be submitted only in writing through the &ldquo;Questions and Answers&rdquo; section </strong>of the <em>ACHD eProcurement Portal,</em> no later than <span data-templatevariable=\"project.qaDeadlineTime\">4:00 pm</span> on <span data-templatevariable=\"project.qaDeadline\">Wednesday, December 10, 2025</span>.
