(1) Vendor needs to provide public information campaign services.– Direct Mail: Copywriting, list purchasing, list targeting, and postage for up to two Genesee Intermediate School District–wide informational mailers. – Paid Digital and social media: Setup, optimization, management, and reporting of targeted informational ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google Search and Display, and local digital networks. – Traditional Ad Buys: Placement strategy and media buying for local print and broadcast. – Strategic and creative guidance: Providing clients with both strategic and tactical advice on message development and audience targeting for information–only campaigns centered on ballot initiatives. Recommendations on verbiage, visuals, and designs that will resonate with key audiences and stakeholders.  – Reporting and Project Management: Weekly metrics reporting and guidance on tactical execution to optimize messaging and advertisements. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24,2026.
