The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms (the “Offeror” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and proposals will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than July 17, 2024 at 3:00PM EST (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Unsealed Request for Proposals (URFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide public information consulting and liaison services to the City Commissioner of the Revenue’s Office, on an 'as needed basis".
