The City of Santa Monica, (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is inviting proposals from qualified persons or firms (Proposers) interested in providing professional services for the 2022 Recycled Water Master Plan (Master Plan). The intent of the Master Plan is to assist the City in establishing a road map for future recycled water distribution system infrastructure development to serve both non-potable and potable reuse applications.
