Recycled Water System Master Plan

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the City of Hayward invites sealed proposals for Project ID Project Title . Each proposal shall be in accordance with the general provisions for purchase of work and services on file in the office of the Department Name , Procurement Contact Address , Procurement Contact City , Procurement Contact State Procurement Contact Zip Code . All proposals must be submitted to the City's eProcurement Portal by Proposal Submission Time on Proposal Submission Date and clearly identified with the Request for Proposal (RFP) title, number, company name, and due date. It is the sole responsibility of the proposing firm to ensure that proposals are received prior to the closing time, as late proposals will not be accepted and deemed nonresponsive. The City is seeking a qualified Consultant to prepare a Recycled Water System Master Plan that updates the City’s previous efforts and reflects changed conditions, evaluates feasibility of expanding the existing infrastructure and level of treatment, and provides a phased plan for the City to implement potential projects to meet current and future recycled water demands. The project will be overseen by City staff from the Public Works & Utilities Department and will include staff from Water Resources, Engineering and Wastewater.
