Artificial Intelligence Software and Support Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals for Artificial Intelligence (AI) Software and Software Support Services for Pierce County's Sewer Division within the Planning and Public Works Department. The software and associated data analyses capabilities will be intended to improve the management, operation, and performance of the County's Chambers Creek Regional Wastewater Treatment Plant, Cascadia Wastewater Treatment Plant, and County-owned water systems. The County expects this service to offer suggestions to improve process control, energy and chemical savings opportunities, and proper responses to various Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) alarm conditions. The overall goal is to optimize and implement AI tolls and capabilities for the facility, while focusing on the operational enhancements that the County and Firm can identify.
