Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Data Services, and Azure Artificial Intelligence Services

The Air District seeks to leverage modern information technology (IT) platforms to improve operational efficiencies and business processes, manage air quality data effectively, enhance reporting capabilities, and automate workflows. To support this effort, the Air District seeks qualified firms with experience and expertise in the following three (3) categories: A. Microsoft Power Platform; B. Azure Data Services; and C. Azure Artificial Intelligence (AI). Qualified firms will support and implement new and existing projects, provide consulting services, and help build staff capacity through knowledge transfer. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis. Respondents may submit qualifications for one or more categories. The Air District intends to create a list of qualified firms (hereinafter referred to as "bench") for each category of service. The Air District may use the bench, at its sole and absolute discretion, on an as-needed basis. The duration of the bench will be for a period of four (4) years with an estimated budget not to exceed three million dollars ($3,000,000) over the four (4) year period.
