Construction Services Projects Under $1 M

Sanford Airport Authority (Authority) is requesting qualifications from General Contractors, registered and licensed in the State of Florida, to provide general construction services based on the needs of the Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB). These services will include new construction, renovations, repairs, and additions as well as associated work to include limited design services and permitting. It is anticipated that the Authority will choose one(1) Primary and two (2) secondary General Contractors based on qualifications in response to this RFQ. Selected Contractors will provide construction services to the Authority on an as-needed basis pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of a Service Agreement.
