(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager and general contractor services to the government authority located in Greeley, CO.• Construction of ancillary projects, such as the off–system local bus station and trail connections, traffic calming, access to businesses, etc. that will be funded by the city and will need to be completed to accommodate traffic concerns and access to businesses as determined by the maintenance of traffic plan.• Major interchange designs• Accelerated bridge construction techniques• Bridge selection and construction techniques• Selection of retaining and sound wall systems• Mobility hub bridge/tunnel crossings(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 7, 2026.
