RENTAL-2659 - USA (Bristol, Connecticut) - Computer Equipment Leasing Service - Deadline June 18,2026

Vendor needs to provide computer equipment leasing service to the government authority located in Bristol, CT. – Provide 36–month and/or 48–month lease terms (rates are expected to be provided for either length of lease term) for new leases.– Supply financing for new computers, servers, and other related equipment as necessary. Please note that actual equipment needs will be made available to the selected lessor.– Provide for shipping associated with de–installation services at the end of the lease. The agency (Lessee) will handle the de–installation of equipment, prepare for removal from the premises, and coordinate removal at the end of the Lease. The Lessor shall be responsible for identifying the ship–to location, and shall be responsible for shipping related costs, including suitable packaging.
