CONS-21998 - USA (Honolulu, Hawaii) - Remove, Dispose, Supply, and Install New HVAC Systems - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide remove, dispose, supply, and install new HVAC systems to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI.• The Contractor shall remove, dispose, supply, and install new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) systems• The HVAC installation shall include appropriate weather proofing of all exteriorcomponents.• An operational test must be performed after the installation completion to ensure properoperation of the HVAC systems• The work shall be performed Monday through Friday (excluding State holidays) duringregular business hours and shall be conducted with a minimum of interruption to the regularcourse of operation of the Kauai Friendship House’s personnel, clients, and activities.• The Contractor shall maintain a regular systematic inspection of the work areas involved andshall perform all work in a professional manner(2) The contract period will be for one year.
