CLEANING-12917 - USA (Texas) - Air Handler Unit Hygienic Cleaning Services - Deadline July 20,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide air handler unit hygienic cleaning services to the government authority located in Texas– Provide hygienic cleaning of identified HVAC units– Work can be performed during hours between 4:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. Units will be de–energized by Parkland and the hygienic cleaning process done in 2–hour increments with a 1–hour re–energized between cleaning phases.(2) A pre–solicitation meeting and site visit will be held on June 29, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
