Vendor needs to provide tourism digital marketing services.– Digital marketing and creative agencies to handle digital asset creation, ad placement, and campaign management.– Work includes programmatic and native advertising, Meta platform updates (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search Ads management (including Google Ads Grant optimization and paid county promotions), and campaign reporting analytics.– Manage creative asset development (including quarterly ad changeouts), platform setup, optimization, and performance reporting.– General tourism campaign: A narrative designed to attract high–value visitors to main attractions, outdoor recreation, and local businesses.– Wedding destination campaign: A regional campaign delivered to the market, positioning as a premium, affordable weekend wedding destination for couples living in the metro area.– Web infrastructure: Dedicated web landing pages are established.– Provide the selected agency with an existing library of approximately 3,000 high–quality images and B–roll video files as well as brand guidelines.– Continuous campaign optimization, quarterly performance reports, and maintenance of a 24/7 online media performance dashboard.– Programmatic and native: Placement and management of programmatic display and native ads to target high–intent travelers.– Google search ads (paid county promotion): Manage a dedicated paid search budget for general balance–of–county promotions.
