Description
The City of Tucson is requesting quotes from qualified firms for the purpose of establishing a Service Agreement for Pool Maintenance for the Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department, as per the Scope of Work. United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding will be utilized for the services under this contract. Therefore, the services under this contract are subject to the HUD and Section 3 terms and conditions which are included as attachments to this solicitation and incorporated into this contract. These terms and conditions cannot be modified or negotiated. By submitting an offer, the Offeror must agree to abide by the federal terms and conditions included as attachments to this solicitation.
