Description

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional dispatch answering services– Services must be performed 365 days per year. – The services are needed to answer calls to Monday to Friday from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am, – weekends and holidays all day, – Available 24 hours on a standby basis.– current call volume per month is approximately 700 – 800 calls per month– average call length is one (1) to two (2) minutes.– Answer response team on telephone calls.– Create, modify and close out Hiperweb job tickets (the City’s web–based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) program) with all pertinent information such as callers name, phone number, nature of call, Form–38 charge if applicable, time crew is notified of job, disposition of job and time crew goes out of service.– Ability to answer/acknowledge all calls within 15 seconds or less.(2) A contract term will be for three years.
