Construction Manager at Risk - North Beach Stormwater Improvement Project

The City of Clearwater is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from experienced and qualified firms to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) services for the North Beach Stormwater Improvements Project (Project No. 24-0037-EN). This is a multi-phase effort anticipated to extend over approximately five years, with Phase 2 expected to exceed Phase 1 scope and complexity. The overall costs is expected to range between $45 million and $80 million, depending on the final scope. The City of Clearwater is preparing to advertise several other large roadway and utility replacement projects separately over the coming months (to be posted on OpenGov). The upcoming projects include: Osceola Streetscape & Utilities – estimated budget of $10 - $15 million Fort Harrison Streetscape & Utilities – estimated budget of $60 - $80 million across four (4) phases Nash Street Utilities – estimated budget of $10 - $15 million Responses must be in accordance with the provisions, specifications and instructions set forth herein and will be received by the Procurement Division until the above noted time, when they will be publicly acknowledged and accepted.
