Description
Leon County is seeking the services of a qualified State of Florida Licensed General Contractor or Building Contractor to replace all exterior siding of a Historically Protected Building with exact match lumber. While siding is off, make any needed repairs to structure underneath. Repaint siding. Remove, save, and reuse all windows. Project will be completed in phases. A Mandatory, On-Site Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 10:00am at the project site located at 16387 Blountstown Hwy., TLH, FL 32310. Attendance at the pre-bid is mandatory to be eligible for bid award.
