Description

The City of Homestead Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department is seeking to retain a qualified contractor to provide materials, equipment and labor for the replacement of the exterior doors at the Phichol Williams Community Center (951 SW 4th Street). Contractor shall furnish, including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, equipment, skills, tools, permitting cost, supervision as necessary for proper completion of the work and to carry out this agreement in compliance with the requirements stated or implied by these specifications. (Scope of Work) Award may not be based solely on price, but also timeliness of contractor to complete scope of work in accordance with the City's schedule.
