The Village of Schaumburg, IL will accept proposals via the Village's e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/villageofschaumburg for 'Project ID , 'Project Title to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date , 'Proposal Submission Time . Proposals submitted after the specified time will not be accepted. The Village of Schaumburg is looking to replace its current VoIP phone system (Mitel Connect). The new system should be compatible with the current workflow needs and flexible for innovation. The remote 311 call takers, minimal call menus, and many mailbox-only users provide unique challenges for this project. The Village would be open to out-of-the-box ideas if the final solution meets the needs of the business.
