(1) Vendor needs to provide management system and implementation services to the government authority located in California.• Create a maintenance plan for the Fuel Management System and hardware essential to ensure optimal performance, regulatory compliance, and prevent costly failures.• Track and monitor fuel/oil/electrical consumption in real–time.• Ensure uninterrupted fuel/oil supply for all operations. • Reduce fuel/oil waste, pilferage, and inefficiencies.• Monitor, manage and control authorization for Electrical Vehicle charging.• Provide automated alerts for anomalies such as fuel/oil theft, leakage, or irregular consumption.• Generate comprehensive detailed reports for fuel/oil usage, inventory, and cost analysis.• Integrate with existing telematic, fleet management, and accounting systems.• Successful unit and integration testing between software and hardware, and security testing to prevent fraud and unauthorized access.• Integration planning with existing telematic, fleet management, and accounting systems.• Ensure software interface has ability for fuel/oil/electrical tracking and reporting.• Supports API integration with external systems such as fleet management, inventory management, or enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.• Develop or configure user interfaces, dashboards, and reporting tools.• Implement user authentication and role–based access controls.• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between systems.• Create dashboard for real–time collection and storage of fuel/oil/electrical dispensing data.• Secure database development with backup and recovery options.• Perform data synchronization with ERP or fleet management systems.(2) The contract period will be for Two years.
