Fiscal Administrator for Rental Assistance Program

The selected firm (Fiscal Administrator) will administer the monthly financial subsidy for participants. It is anticipated that the program(s) will begin with approximately 10-20 active participants and may grow over time to as many as 300 participants, depending on future availability of resources. The selected Fiscal Administrator should demonstrate the operational capacity to scale program administration rapidly if additional funding becomes available. It is anticipated that rental assistance will be provided to each participant for up to 12 months.
