TRANSPORT-11298 - USA (Lansing, Michigan) - Physical Move Services - Deadline June 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide physical move services to the government authority located in Lansing, MI.– Project management services:– Vendor shall attend move meetings as scheduled by the Client to ensure coordination of critical tasks and timing for the move logistics.– Anticipated meeting cadence – Weekly or bi–weekly meetings from June through project completion.– Provide and maintain active workplan and task list for each phase of the move.– Vendor to facilitate and confirm transfer of record policies and security protocols and specialty equipment move requests with each department head.– Packing supplies:– Provide all required packing and moving material as needed by the Clients, including any/all specialty packing materials for technology or specialty equipment.– Relocation services:– Provide all loading, moving, and unloading of all boxes and identified equipment.– Move to new city hall from existing city hall.– Move to new public safety from existing city hall.– Move to new public safety from existing police stations.– Move to new public safety from the existing fire station.(2) Mandatory walk thru will be held on June 17, 2026.
