(1) Vendor needs to provide transformers and switchgear maintenance and repair services to the government authority located in Toms River, NJ. – Perform time–and–materials–based transformer and switchgear maintenance and repair services.– These services shall include, inspection, troubleshooting, testing, repair and emergency response for primary electrical switches, switchgear and transformers located throughout the agency.• Services:– Troubleshooting and diagnostic services for primary electrical distribution equipment– Emergency response and repair services for power outages or equipment failures– Infrared scanning and visual inspections– Oil sampling and analysis for transformers where applicable– Replacement of damaged or failed electrical components– Switching operations and electrical isolation assistance– Assistance with start–up, shutdown, and commissioning activities– Recommendations for repair or replacement of deficient equipment• Covered equipment includes:– Medium–voltage primary switches– Primary distribution switchgear– Pad–mounted transformers– Dry–type transformers– Oil–filled transformers– Associated disconnects, breakers, relays, and protective devices(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 7, 2026.
