STAR Center Electrical Switchgear Maintenance and Repair Services Step 2

Pinellas County STAR Center seeks to obtain the services of a contractor to perform complete preventive maintenance and repair services for electrical switchgear and transformers for various locations throughout the Young-Rainey STAR Center. All repairs and adjustments must be made per manufacturer specifications. The original BBC/ABB and GE switchgear was installed in 1984/85. Services shall include all sampling and analytical services for 12,470V transformers (medium voltage), and 480V (low voltage) metal clad circuit breakers, and provide report(s) for analytical services and maintenance activities as specified.
