Repair & Preventive Maintenance Services for Switchgears, Breakers, Switches & Transformers (Re-Bid)

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish a term Contract with a qualified Contractor for the provision of repairs, fabrications, renewals and modifications for the City's Waterworks plants, systems, sub-systems, equipment and components, in accordance with the specifications of this IFB. The services under the Contract to be established from this solicitation shall entail repair and preventive maintenance services for switchgears, breakers, switches, transformers and related accessories.
