(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering design service to the government authority located in Palmdale, CA. – Provide professional civil and traffic engineering design services, as well as public outreach services  – Improvements include design services for the development of the upper section of the park, which is currently native soil. Amenities desired include an ADA walking path around the park with workout/fitness nooks along the path.– Provide engineering design services, which include the professional services necessary to provide public outreach, geotechnical services, and complete construction documents for the Project.– Project design management.– Preliminary research and investigation.– Drainage study/plan.– Final design.– Public outreach.– Construction engineering support services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 14, 2026.
