The Access Apartments project will rehabilitate two (2) existing commercial buildings on a parcel presently owned by the nonprofit corporation Mammoth Lakes Housing, Inc. into eleven low-income apartments and five garages. The project will serve households earning below 80% of the Area Median Income. It is located at 238 Sierra Manor Road within the Town of Mammoth Lakes. The scope of work includes amongst other things new roofs, new siding, interior renovations, and site work. The target construction start date is late-spring 2023 with an anticipated construction completion date of summer 2024. Target occupancy for the project is fall 2024.
