Craycroft Rd) and Lee Street Duplexes (5411 E. Lee St), on a 3.1-acre site. The project includes modernization of 74 apartment units and 8 duplex units with energy-efficient systems, accessibility upgrades, and new finishes. Planned work includes HVAC, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and elevator replacement, with a new clubhouse and site improvements. Funding sources include 4% LIHTC, HUD Section 18 Disposition, and RAD tools. This site is currently a Public Housing property managed by the HCD Public Housing Authority staff. &nbsp;</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Project Two: 450 N. Main and 560 W. Davis (New Construction)</strong></p><p>This scattered-site new construction will deliver approximately 67 units across two sites located in historic neighborhoods. The Main site (0.74 acres) anticipates 14 units; the Davis site (1.73 acres) anticipates 53 units. The development emphasizes traditional neighborhood character, two-story townhomes with the possibility of some three-story flats, and sustainable, energy-efficient design. A single 9% LIHTC application for both sites is anticipated for spring 2026.</p>",
