(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based learning management system.– A comprehensive learning management system (LMS), preferably from a vendor with a proven track record of working with transit agencies.– The LMS should support training via multiple platforms and allow for interface with external and online courses. – This system will enable a more efficient learning process, streamline administrative tracking and reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements regarding training program documentation.– The software must be compatible with agency standard equipment (PC) and the standard internet software e.g., Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, Firefox.– Integrate with Tyler, the existing Payroll system, to update the learner database.– Integrate with other platforms such as LinkedIn and Vector Solution.– Migrate existing training materials (videos, PDFs, SCORM files, etc.) into the new LMS(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 5, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.
