Boone County Impound Lot Construction

Boone County Fiscal Court requests bids from qualified vendors/contractors qualified to perform the services associated with the Boone County Impound Lot Construction. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bid security furnished in bond form shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Kentucky to provide said surety. It is the intent and requirement of the Boone County Fiscal Court that this project be completed no later than July 15, 2024.
