Boone's Landing Parking Lot Paving

The Boone County Fiscal Court is requesting bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the Boone's Landing Parking Lot Paving project. This project is for the asphalt overlay of the parking lot and roadway at Boone's Landing, including all labor, materials, and heavy equipment necessary to complete this project. It is the intent and requirement of the Boone County Fiscal Court that this project be completed no later than May 31, 2025 . Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
