Grade for and construct a concrete slab, driveway, and parking lot

The District is soliciting proposals for the construction of a concrete pad, driveway, and parking lot at the District’s new Jamestown Fire Station No. 76, located at 24971 County Road 453, Mineola, Texas 75773. This project will support critical operational needs at the new station site by establishing essential infrastructure. The parking lot and driveway will form permanent components of the station’s final design, providing durable, all-weather access and parking for both emergency personnel and visitors. Additionally, the project includes the construction of a concrete pad that will serve as the foundation for a temporary apparatus bay. This temporary bay will house fire apparatus and equipment until the full permanent station facilities are completed. The District seeks qualified contractors to deliver a high-quality finished product that meets all applicable engineering standards, supports operational readiness, and ensures long-term durability for emergency services operations.
