(1) Vendor needs to provide transit advertising services. – An advertising sales partner that can provide professional, highly qualified advertising sales for all transit assets.– Assets available include the exteriors and interiors of agency buses, bus shelters, as well as benches throughout the agency service area.– Contractor shall be responsible for posting advertising content, removing outdated advertisements, and removing advertisements rejected by agency.– Installation and ongoing maintenance of signs and other activities must not interfere with agency operations.– Existing advertisements must be removed prior to placement of new advertisements.– Designs for illustrated/wrapped buses shall minimize window coverage.– Full window coverage must include perforated vinyl (“perf“) maintaining at least 50% passenger visibility.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
