Description
RTD is seeking the Services of a Contractor with outstanding qualifications, experience, and knowledge to provide transit advertising sales and services (including production and installation of advertisements) on its fleet of vehicles. For detailed information regarding the required Services, please refer to the Scope of Services. The resulting contract will be a revenue contract whereby the Contractor will make payments to RTD pursuant to the terms of the Contract. If approved by the Board of Directors, the successful Proposer will execute a Contract for five (5) years, with two (2) one-year option terms to extend the Contract at RTD’s sole discretion.
