I. IMPORTANT DATES: Tuesday, November 21, 2023 – Bid opens Friday, November 30, 2023 – Q&A ends. Friday, December 8, 2023 – Bid ends. All Electronic Bids must be submitted on OpenGov Procurement on or before 4:00 PM (PST) II. COUNTY OBSERVED HOLIDAY: Thanksgiving Holiday – Thursday, November 22, 2023 and Friday, November 23, 2023 ALL BIDS MUST BE SUBMITTED VIA OPENGOV PROCUREMENT AND MUST BE RECEIVED PRIOR TO THE BID CLOSED DATE AND TIME. NO EMAILED BIDS, HAND-DELIVERIES OR LATE BIDS WILL BE ACCEPTED REGARDLESS OF THE REASON.
