Forward Pinellas in its role as the Pinellas County Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) desires to obtain competitive bids to establish a contract for the purchase of non-motorized traffic monitoring equipment to track the usage characteristics of the Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail Loop. These automatic counting devices will be permanently installed at various locations along this multi-use trail and allow the MPO to collect accurate and clear attendance data for our performance measurement program.
