Rose Bowl Stadium Information Technology Services

The Rose Bowl Operating Company (“RBOC”) is requesting proposals from qualified information technology firms (“Proposer”) capable of providing information technology services to the Rose Bowl Stadium, including but not limited to general IT support, event support, strategic planning and training, as well as on site support for Major Events. The Rose Bowl Stadium is a 89,766-seat outdoor stadium and the type of Major Events to be served are UCLA home football games, the annual Tournament of Roses, Rose Bowl Game® , soccer games, and large concert events or multi-day festivals. “Major Events” are defined as those events where attendance is in excess of 20,000 patrons. The initial term of the contract is for three (3) years, commencing on or around July 1, 2025, with two (2) one-year options to renew without further approval if the same terms, prices and conditions are deemed acceptable to the RBOC Chief Executive Officer in his sole discretion.
