Gerard J. Dynes New Jersey Regional Day School seeks professional development services for the 2022-2023 school year. These services are to provide evidence-based recommendations for program development and on-going consultation to develop instruction in which strategies are guided by the principles of applied behavior analysis with emphasis upon Skinner’s analysis of verbal behavior. This type of professional development needs to involve a combination of staff training and extensive coaching of staff with students. There are no opportunities in the district to fulfill this need
